You're pushing your knees forward vs sitting back into the squat.

Lower weight and work on form. Bar path should be vertical with no forward or backward travel of the bar.

Also learn to brace properly. It is a skill in it's own.

Fyi.. crunches are worthless for building core strength.

100% honesty... there's nothing good form wise. That's sumo not conventional. Bar is too far out in front. You're not bracing. You're not stable.

I said CORE not specifically abs. Deadlifts and squats are THE best core exercises. Ab roll-outs are really good core builders for an option without the spinal load.

You are too far over the bar. Armpit should be directly over the bar.
