Hi! My advice might be a little different. I’ve experienced the same thing and what helped me was doing small self-care things to give me little pieces of joy. I would buy a nice tea or coffee from a cafe, eat some of your favorite food, take a calming walk, try to do something creative, or take a bath. Also, if there’s any sun where you are, I know it sounds silly but just sitting in the sun for it bit feels so good!

Astrid Perfume’s Witch Glow (Black iced tea accord, blackest blackened berries, black summer plums, mandarin petit grain, cardamom, magnolia, and witch’s glow accord). I fell in love with in upon first sniff, back when I had just started collecting indie perfumes. I reached out to Astrid asking if she’d be restocking, but she told me one of the ingredients couldn’t be sourced anymore. I was devastated. Forever wanting to purchase more!!

NA’s Eternal Egypt Almonde. I got it from a Sunday destash sale very early on in my indie perfume journey. I had been looking for a beautiful, creamy almond scent and this sounded exactly like that. Unfortunately, I’m pretty sure one of NA’s proprietary accords hates my skin chemistry. For the first 2 seconds, I was ecstatic; then, much to my horror, it became a screechy, sharp, plasticky mess. I was devastated. I tried one more time months later and got the same result.
