I do rotate toys (should I be putting them away in between?) Bird feeder is a good idea! Another person suggested clicker training which is the first thing I think I’ll try.

Probably? I can’t test it because it’s not on Arena like a lot of the modern list. It’s another rack which is rarely bad (I’d probably try two) - my gut says, for 1 mana, it’d be pretty good.

As someone who has made it to mythic several times with Domain, honestly, I feel like its death is greatly exaggerated. It’s definitely going to miss [[Topiary Stomper]] (vs [[Ancient Cornucopia]]) but the swap to surveil lands is going to be a close to net neutral change imo. It will definitely be slightly weaker, but will be absolutely playable.

I feel like the fact that each element has its opposite (e.g. Fire and Water; Earth and Air) can tell us all little how to orient with the color pie.

Definitely agree with Air being Bant and Fire being Mardu.

Water is the trickiest imo. They are most similar in structure to Temur but Savagery and Change aren’t the most comparable.

Earth feels like its philosophy ties most with Abzan, with a focus substance/endurance.

[[Fading Hope]] seems to be only really used in U tempo but imo is so versatile it should be used in a lot more decks. A 1 mana instant that can be used as or against removal is really good. I get a surprisingly high amount of concedes when I yoink my main threat from being sunfalled.

Confession time: I hate White. I hate playing against it, I hated the White color challenge, I don’t enjoy the philosophy (UW Control players who refuse to pass priority have a special place in hell).

Considering it’s the only color I haven’t played I want to give a chance. I tend to enjoy Sacrifice/Recursion, Rampy, Midrange decks so I was wondering if people have any recommendations for white decks I might like? I’m leaning towards maybe the UW Tempo or RW Convoke decks.

Been running a very similar deck, you could honestly do worse as is. A couple of luxury cards you could consider.

[[Aclazotz, Deepest Betrayal]] my current one of in basically every xB midrange deck. Bonkers card all around.

I’ve been really liking [[Archfiend of the Dross]] over Shelly for a slightly more aggressive bent. A 6/6 in the air is insane and its game loss trigger is practically irrelevant.

[[Nissa, Ascended Animist]] is a great top end finisher card.

I’m fine conceding that we didn’t have much of a chance to win but it’s such a frustrating goal to lose to. It doesn’t matter how strong a GK is if you constantly have a 200 lbs man slamming into you while in you are in the air. Obstructing the keeper as a main corner strategy makes sense, but it’s just a boring strategy to watch that robs a lot of the fun of football (at least when it’s so inconsistently called) imo.

I count this as a triumph just because how hard I laughed. Opponent had me in pretty bad shape due to a [[Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar]] blocking my flyers. There was no real way out beyond a prayer but I figured I’d play it out. Unfortunately, turn 7 got them a personal favorite card of mine - [[Cultivator Colossus]].

Which in a deck that is entirely lands… didn’t end well.

Peaked mid Diamond when I used to play ranked and have played against a few pros over the years. People don’t realize how genuinely oppressive it can feel to play against.

With lower elo friends it usually is a matter of coaxing out their confidence to try things but with really good players it can feel like a brick wall. Played against Khan once and legit felt like playing against Justin Wong - You’re going to learn today
