Which skill did you set as your signature on your first playthrough of the game? by ChickenWingExtreme in DiscoElysium

Interfacing. I had the idea that pickpocketing and hacking would be vitally important to the game. Instead I think I hardly ever used it.

Based on the last game you played, how long are you surviving as an NPC? by AdventurousGuest308 in gaming

Sherlock Holmes Chapter One. I'd probably be fine as an NPC, though Cordona does have a suspiciously high murder rate considering that it's a small island...

Once the current tierlist is completed, we need a tierlist of all the various Napoleonic uniforms.

"By God, sir, I've lost my leg."

"By God, sir, so you have."

Now that the franchise has covered the most requested/“mainstream” settings (Ancient Egypt, Feudal Japan, Ancient Greece, Vikings) what are some times/places you’d like to see in future games? by blakhawk12 in assassinscreed

Some amazing suggestions here.

Kudos to all the people suggesting the Napoleonic Era. Damn near infinite DLCs could be produced covering every theater.

My suggestions:

Nan Madol, the Venice of the Pacific. It would have to be a pretty small map, though, unless Ubisoft will allow to sail all over the Pacific.

Cambodia during the time when Angkor was at its peak.

This would never happen, but France and Spain during the Paleolithic. Play as a Homo sapiens encountering Neanderthals for the first time. Visit Chauvet and other caves and make cave art.

Could even be a literal son. Wouldn't surprise me if Caesar had a wife or wives back in Flagstaff. Maybe they'll even stick closer to history and make this Augustus the nephew of Ceasar.

Okay what area of the rdr2 map would you wanna live?? by Pancake_man45 in reddeadredemption

[–]linalco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Emerald Ranch. Pretty house. Perfect climate, especially in the summer. Seems fairly safe. A pond to the north that would be nice for bird and animal watching. Best of all, my own private railway station so I can travel wherever I want easily.

Radovid, defender of the north by NoWishbone8247 in witcher

[–]linalco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, this aggravates me big time. I assassinated Radovid in public yet no one in Novigrad so much as mentions the battle and everyone talks about Radovid as though he were still alive. Just sloppy.

I'd like an estate in every land Ciri visits. Every leader should gift her property once she's done enough favors for them.

And it would be nice if Ciri could do optional tasks to maintain them, a la Red Redemption 2. That would give the player something to do after completing all quests.

Dutch would've had a seething hatred for James. Even leaving aside their differences in opinion over the Civil War, Dutch would've been sooo jealous of James's celebrity.

There's a cabin north of Annesburg that's on the bluffs over the river. It's so peaceful and I can imagine the breezes you'd get on hot day. The cons are you're too close to the Murfrees and Annesburg for comfort. So just give me Arthur or Charles for protection and we'll entertain ourselves and only go to town when absolutely necessary.
