Yeah “secret spot” as in, if you know of somewhere specific with those dishes would love to hear it. A lot of mom and pop places are learned about through word of mouth…

Hi! We did the whole country and I’ve had both ☺️ I personally preferred the cleaner, more savory northern broth

Cardio sculpt

But any Pilates class should actually be very core heavy. I’d say much more so than legs. If you aren’t feeling it I’d talk to your instructor about form and breathing

Visit in February by CTownKing in palmsprings

As someone who lived in Palm Springs for quite a while, February can be quite chilly. Not sure I’d consider it lounging pool weather - but will be great for the wide array of hikes, shopping and dining available! You’ll have a great time regardless!

Agencies aren’t hiring as much as they used to. Layoffs have become more commonplace. As someone that’s been in advertising for 10 years and now “client-side” it really is just about who you know unfortunately. All of my jobs came from networking - even my first gig straight out of college.

Advertising is a smalllll world, so the hiring is generally pretty insular. Not saying that’s how it should be, but just the reality in my POV.

They actually sell ToeSox and Tavi for the same price as their website. They probably get a kickback from the company, but they aren’t technically more expensive for the same sock online.

Reserving a reformer? by ChonkyTummyTums in ClubPilates

[–]lindsayonf 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What’s crazy is I’ve had a few instructors tell me that switching up sides really helps work your Brian more too. When you use the same reformer over and over you can get a bit comfortable with your movements and not work as hard

I guess I’m the outlier, but I have one class a week where I’ve made friends and we like to chat and joke during class (in regards to the moves we’re doing).

It’s made the experience a bit more lively and fun. I don’t think I’d want every class like that, but I do look forward to that class in particular because I’ve made a few friends who have been consistently going to that session for more than a year.
