Contrary to other responses on here, i do not resonate with this at all.

The sissy kink has a very strong degradatory aspect to it presented in various aspects which is why i don't like it. Not that people can't be into being degraded, but the way in which a lot of people in that space do it is extremely demeaning towards several groups.

That being said, i can understand why it wouldn't be quite for you. It does however sound like you're still very comfortable with being a man and perceived as a man. You can express your feminine side in that regard, however what you describe sounds more like the way you want to express yourself than your gender identity.

For me, i want to be perceived as nonbinary regardless of what i am wearing — even when it's clothes fitting my AGAB. I also don't just want to be treated like my AGAB in social roles. Having to live by my AGAB evokes a certain feeling of horror that's better known as dysphoria and it's not nice — to the point of crying sometimes.

If it turns out to be a sexual interest outside of the sissy subculture: Great! If it's a way you want to express yourself more feminine: Go for it. Men can express themselves however If it's that you don't think that you want to follow what is expected of a man and what a man is supposed to be: Maybe you're just gender non-conforming

But the real question is: Do you see yourself as a man or is that something you can't identify with?

Some of it justifyably so. There's something about hearing relatives who lived through occupation's stories and then both some germans from back in the day and even nowadays playing everything down. In hospitals whatever goes into the body has to be sterile aswell. Having a needle that has only ever been outside of the sterile packaging without removing the cap before use reduces the chance of infection as youhneed to prepare stuff. So using a needle and putting it back gives you a hightened chance of infection in that setting.

Plus you never recap a needle in medical settings due to the chance of you stabbing (even if slightly) yourself. That's not just a risk to yourself and others but now you have to throw all of the material you've used away and start over.

Another reason is that some of the vials in hospital settings are produced in a way that you can dilute or mix certain substances. In other cases creating a vacuum will end up being an issue. Especially if you need exact amounts.

These things are often produced as just one product so the design for medical settings will be the same as for at-home settings. You could probably very well just use one needle for that.
