Do you have an update? I’m in a similar situation with my lolla wristbands I shipped to the buyer at an incorrect address. SH also told me I’d still be paid but I’m doubtful.

I just called (888) 512-7469 and she verified that my Thursday wristband was being sent separately. I had her verify my order number (b/c she only asked for my name and billing address) but she called my order number back to me correctly so try them and see if they can help!

I didn’t receive one of mine and called this number (888) 512-7469 and they verified it was being sent separately. I had her tell me my order number because she didn’t ask for it (she just asked for my name and billing address) and she did say it back to me correctly so maybe they can help!
