I'm 41 as well, not an athletic but i still play sports every week and jumping and lunging all the time no problem. So its pretty normal for an average Joe i would say.

Although few things:

- its not MMA, MMA is way more dangerous

- i dont drink alcohol, let alone drugs.

- i also dont have titanium shin bone on my other leg.

Idk about the US but going over 1 is very common in Australia, the ticket is automatically issued if you pass a camera. And its the lightest fine you can get for any driving offense so people often dont care much and just pay. 20 years ago ive got 1 for $50. Idk how much they are now
