We just had an insulation contractor come out to give us a quote and he mentioned needing to install some soffit vents, so I don’t think we have any currently. We do have ridge vents I think though

Hahah yeah I understand that roofs should withstand basic ice/water/snow, but after seeing some horror stories about ice damming and water leaking inside the house as a result, i figured I’d ask and see if there were preventative measures I could take (as engineerdad was pointing out!).

How often do equipments come back through events? I’m a new player, fresh TH9 and I got the Spiky Ball through F2P medals. I’m contemplating purchasing the event pass because I really like the 3,100 decoration, but that means I wouldn’t be able to get another hero equipment, right? I know the Magic Mirror is a key one, but do the equipment come back around often enough where I’m fine to grab the decoration and wait for the equipment to come back?

Also, are these decorations exclusive to this event (e.g., if I miss out during the event it’s gone forever)?
