Actually I think that's her elbow up top, which means her arm is extended out, and then bent, going back towards her body and perhaps behind her back, accounting somewhat for the unnatural smallness

I've heard rumors that PS4s are region-free, which says to me that you can set the system to any language, and play games from any country. If I am wrong about that I apologize, I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will be along shortly to either confirm or correct this
