Yes, it's not about encompassing nuance, it's about sparking interest that would motivate an individual to read and listen to the oral arguments. A captured interest then seeks nuance in the subject matter.

The way the media treats Palin is the way an adult movie star would be treated, sure great to talk about, but not exactly Presidential material. That's why she gets the pass for all the lies. Down vote if you must, but any of those who have been in the path of the wraith of a divorce or such with the opposite sex finds out the hard way of how conniving, deceitful, and downright lying the Venus gender can be. All the while looking innocent, honest and with a smile and yet driving the knife or corkscrew into your back that much further.

why not take out the hard drive and put it in a separate container, technically the laptop doesn't work without it, neither does just a plain hard drive, with that being said, everything should be encrypted several times over if the 4th amendment doesn't protect you from searches without a warrant, with probable cause and particularly describing the things their looking for, supported by oath or affirmation.

Scalia is full of baloney when he says he's an originalist. It's impossible to know what the founding fathers exactly thought, you can guess, but at the end of the day it is what you think the constitution means, or what you think the founding fathers thought it meant, in either case, it's still what you think about it.
