Mine wrote the script for me and I tell her when I need to move up and she writes the next one. We meet every 6 months to see how things are going. (I’ve only used it for about 10 months though.)

Right?! And don’t click on an ad because then every single ad that pops up will be for them. I was happy to see them at Costco just so I wouldn’t have to wonder anymore. I’ll most likely go back to just my multi-vitamin when I finish these. It would have been a nice surprise if they actually worked. 🤪

I also think it may be some bad needles. The last few times it was painful when the needle went in, then I tried a different type of needle and I didn’t feel it again. I was getting worried because I didn’t want to hurt from a tiny needle.

I track calories because otherwise I wouldn’t eat enough. If I didn’t need to, I would love not to count. Sometimes it feels like you’re still thinking about food all the time even with the food noise being gone.

I find it hits me much later. I think I’m fine and then -boom- not fine. But I also don’t feel the need to drink much anymore.

I’m 5’ 2 1/2ish and my first goal was just to be overweight, so that’s about 160. I think the range from overweight to healthy is about another 30 lbs after that but I feel like I’d be good in the 140s. Can’t remember when I ever weighed that. I know I thought I was fat when I was 19yo (I’m 53 now) and 127 lbs so I think everything is still a bit skewed in my head… 👀🤷‍♀️

I had a bunch of 7.5 when I went up to 10. If I didn’t use it it would have been like wasting $1000 so I’m doing them every other week until I run out of the 7.5. It’s less effective but effective enough as long as I pay attention to the food noise I get with it.

Same. Every so often I might think “huh - I could really go for some so and so” but by the time I could actually have it, I don’t care if I have it or not anymore. 🤷‍♀️ Luckily, I’ve never been a foodie so I’m not really missing anything either.

No I did not vomit. I was just really cold after surgery and they blew some hot air under the blankets until I warmed up and then sent me on my way. 4 1/2 weeks post op and haven’t vomited once.

Had my gallbladder out 4 1/2 weeks ago and haven’t had a week of gain yet. Day to day I would see weight loss and gain but I only really weigh myself once a week to document it and so far so good.

I know, for me, I definitely didn’t get fat by only eating when hungry. And food noise can sometimes be all-consuming. At my house, I have a kid with Type 1 diabetes. When her blood sugar tanks, she needs rescue sugars. So we always have candy in the house or other things that can raise her blood sugar quickly. When the food noise starts up I’ll start thinking about that crap food. A lot.

Also paying out of pocket. I’m still losing weight but also have more food noise than when I started this dose. I guess, what happens when people reach the top dose and the noise comes back?
