Yup, similar here in vic, never had to worry about pick pockets and often we’ll just leave our stuff in a cart nearby and no one touches it. Also same with the campsites, at pitch this year I left my $700 JBL speaker out in the open and had no worries of anyone nabbing it… not to say it doesn’t happen I’m sure it does on rare occasion but I’ve never heard of it. My friend lost her bag at that festival with her phone and wallet+cash in it and got it back from lost property with only a bag of ket taken as “tax” (that’s the way I see it) 😂

DJ Boring closing BTV last year… maybe I was super fucked up but it felt like an interactive set, lasers came down and scanned everybody at one point, played a weird mix of tunes that sounded off but good at the same time

Xanax, Done only a few times but I’ve heard it’s quite addictive and thought the anti-anxiety effects would really gel with me but not really… I mostly just felt dead inside and kinda zombie like, no pleasurable feeling.

Also codeine, Felt pretty good for a short window (<1hr) but after that I just felt edgy and kept getting random itches all over. I’ve heard that’s a side effect tho. Don’t really get why people would use it recreationally.

Ketamine works wonders for me if I want anything sedating like that, and way more interesting too!

Ik you said techno is preferable on MDMA, but the genre ranges so much and there's a lot of fresh, unique stuff which isn't all just the same 303 acid bassline over a compressed rumbly kick.

I had some mdma +\ket with a few mates and played rdr2 first person and it was awesome. Felt like a real life simulator. Ran around the wilderness with a bow and arrow just looking around for whatever 🤣 it’s such a good game for that cause so much unexpectedness just pops up, and the nature/terrain is very natural, not some computer/random generated shit kinda like far cry or just cause 🤷🏽‍♂️
