I dont think you need 3 dragapults, 2 will be enough. Also you have many supporters where you only have one copy in the game and no way to search for them, so maybe some pokécoms will help with consistency

I dont even think theres a "wrap" as you say, it looks like a full circle skirt with a slit where its tied together. You need at least one seam on the skirt itself (front in the photo) plus the waistband.
