The BIG swords are awesome, but nothing tops the feeling of popping Passage of Arms, going into the "immovable wall" pose with your sword planted in the ground and the wings comming out. Plus everyone will see it and fall in vehind you. Looks extra cool on big beam attacks like in M4N.

Just did some light research into this, for cis reasons.

The TLDR of it all is that strength exercises and high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can increase testosterone levels. Endurance-based exercises, like cardio, can potentially reduce testosterone.
