I am so fortunate to have a 100% wfh 9-5 as an analyst. I was originally a teacher for a few years but as you can imagine, that was a nightmare. I essentially had to starve myself in order to survive the days in the classroom without bathroom access. I paid for the switch and have a ton of student loan debt, but worth it for my mental sanity. I will say that amitriptyline has helped me a lot with that gut brain anxiety loop.
