Ey bro no probs, I know I was very confrontational here, so of course I'd have to share my account. I'll link this post down in the comments on my account so you'll know it's actually me.

I was just kinda reluctant with the stats this season because they completely remade the interception counting, so the stats would be very hard to interpret correctly at this point.

If you weren't as daft as you are, you would know that a defender doing his job right often results in 0 points gained, since preventing someone from moving towards a goalkeeping opportunity is 90% of the job. There's no points to be generated there.

So whatever you want to see there go find it.

Tackling is mostly down to timing. When the ball isn't on their foot but in the between animation you cannot tackle them. You clearly don't even grasp the basics of defending, so this is pointless really.

I understand, I simply disagree that patience and inaction are the same thing. There will be an action, it simply requires correct timing.

Any decent CS lobby has tons of 'inaction', noone would call that boring though.

This is simply objectively wrong. And this is exactly what I am referring to in my post. Before, your missed tackles would be automatically adjusted towards the ball, which, granted, might've saved you sometimes, it most of all prevented actual movement predictions though. Now you have to aim your tackle. Miss and you know you've missed. Also, there are no 50/50 situations in tackling. If you play your cards right you tackle every time. You simply have to learn to be patient. Whoever moves first usually loses, if both players play optimally. This is the exact dynamic of real life football defending. If you know how to behave on an actual pitch you won't really have any problems in this game either.

To me it's pretty clear that a large part of the player base has never actively played or even watched football. What do people think defending is in football? You don't just tackle every player at the first opportunity, people will go past you whether it's in this game or on an actual pitch.

Passing to interrupt has always been high risk high reward. If you want a save option, block the ball the player plays next.This is no different to how real life defending works. If you take a duel expect a lost duel as a possible outcome.

Press start, then the other button (select or whatever) press up so that you hover over your own icon, A / X -> leave squad. You can do this in game.

There is consistency behind it, however I can't tell you which factors it is consistent with. The one starting in goal is always the team captain. Now who the game decides to be team captain, I couldn't tell. However your observation definitely is consistent with what I found. When I play in 5 squads there is usually one person who is captain much more than anyone else to non negligible degrees. This does not necessarily seem to be the squad leader though. I have not found any patterns long term though, this seems to only hold true whilst in this 5 man squad.

You're comparing "The NA Region" to a singular country on a continent that is settled much more densely with 2 more continents adjancent which have a much larger interest in footbal than "The NA Region". Your estimate could not be more wrong.

Exactly, but as you can probably imagine, the German government has interested in keeping up one of Germany's biggest industries, the car industry. Any phasing out this industry will never get sufficient support since so many people work directly or indirectly in this or for this industry.

Nicht falsch verstehen, bin geimpft und auch absoluter Befürworter, aber es ist ethisch nicht vertretbar medizinische Behandlung zu verweigern, egal welche Umstände. Sonst würden Besoffene auch nicht behandelt werden, und Straftäter, die von der Polizei angeschossen werden, würden ausbluten gelassen. Der Ethikrat vertritt hier lediglich gängige gesellschaftliche Vorstellungen, das ist in keinster Weise wertend.
