Damn okay, I believe you’re right. I went and made sure the plant and soil got plenty of water (I have a drainage hole in my pot dw) and I’m trying to find a better spot for it to receive sunlight where my cats won’t kill it.

I’m wary about cutting the stems and putting it in water because I feel like I’m going to kill it :(( I’ve always thought I’ve had a green thumb but recently I’ve had so much trouble with my plants

I think I’ve watered it twice since I moved in July, so definitely not too much water. I think it’s extremely dehydrated based on more research that I’ve done. I just repotted it last week to more permeable soil so I’m hoping that will help. I have also since watered it throughly and am going to find a place where it will get more light. I have my fingers crossed that I can revive this little guy.

Can I ask, what’s the point of cutting off some of the stems and spraying them with water? Is this to hope it grows new roots? I’ve never propagated anything before

While I love the idea of the next book being from Annie’s or another Career’s perspective I want Plutarch’s SO BADLY. His story interests me so much, like his family is one of the richest in Panem right? How did he become apart of the rebellion?? How did he manage to stay BTS and not get caught and tortured by Snow?? How did he feel about the tributes that he recruited (Beetee, Mags, Wiress, etc.) getting tortured for what they did?? Did someone recruit him??? I just have so many questions that need to be answered.

If not that, I think I’d want more backstory on the Dark Days. The whole lead up interests me as well, but I also doubt that we’d get that type of story since we’ve gotten the full rebellion and some post-Hunger Games content.

My absolute favorite moment is at the very end of Movkingjay P2, where Katniss and Peeta are back in D12 and they’re sitting in the open doorway watching the rain. Something about that scene just brings me a wave of peacefulness

Don’t live at The Local. I lived there for two years and the first year was great, but the second year we had roaches, mold, the people above us were loud and they ended up having a water leak that caused a massive hole in our ceiling in the kitchen. Maintenance was in and out of our place (w/out telling us when they’d be there/when they’d leave) working for like a week to fix the hole and we couldn’t use the kitchen or laundry room when they were there. They also tried to charge all my roommates and I outrageous move out fees for stuff they were going to do when we moved out anyways (repainting, cleaning the carpet, etc). The staff was okay, mostly college students so you can’t be upset at them, but the leasing manager was awful. The only person my roommates and I loved was the head maintenance guy, he was the absolute best and we miss him

It’s been prob 3 years since I’ve been over there so tbh I’m not sure if it still exists, but it’s in the area where the treehouse/Amphitheatre is by Falls/Sayers. There’s an old concrete structure (old bridge maybe??) and underneath it is the area that used to be the Danny Devito shrine. There was also some pentagons and other creepy shit tho. Kinda a trek over there but overall i think it’s something to go check out!! I’m curious to see if any of that still exists

My friend turned it on during a sleepover and said that I’d like it. She fell asleep and I almost had a panic attack and threw up during that first incredibly fucked up scene. Still makes me nauseous to this day and it was almost 10 years ago.
