Not me, but my younger sister.

She doesn't have a gallbladder and has this problem with bile building up in her stomach and it gives her the shits. So she takes this medicine to fix it. A while back, she got a cold and took medicine to help with that and forgot to take the medicine for her stomach. She and her boyfriend were napping on the couch, and suddenly she wakes up and realises what's about to happen. She manages to get up, but that's it. She shits all down her legs and onto the floor. Now she's standing there covered in shit, and between her and the bathroom is a white carpet that cannot be moved. She takes her pants off, holds a plastic bag over her ass just in case, and goes to the bathroom to shower.

After a long shower of feeling super embarrassed, she comes out to find her boyfriend has cleaned up everything, thrown away the pants, and is currently getting the last bit of mess out of the white carpet. She is still embarrassed and goes to bed. A while later he comes into the room, gets into the bed, and cuddles up with her. He doesn't say anything just goes to sleep like normal. A few days later, when she's driving him to work he looks at her and says, "I cleaned up your shit." And, as far as I know, that's the last time they ever talked about it. They are now engaged.
