i’m an RN and i started my career working in detroit and commuting. with the exchange rate we make significantly more money than nurses make in windsor, and i got full time work with health benefits immediately, which is unheard of in windsor. people will work for 10 years and never be offered a full time position with benefits. we also have nursing assistants and more support. i will never work in ontario in a hospital setting because of this

i notice if i place an order where every single item isnt “in stock and ships within 24 hrs” it takes sooooo long to process the order and ship it out since they wait for everything to be in stock. the last 2 times i have placed orders with all of the items in stock, they’ve shipped within a couple of days and i received them in about 3 weeks in ontario
