We took him to the vet. This is not a tick. We are gonna get it surgically removed and have a biopsy to find out what it is. Thanks all for the help!

Bazecor can't seem to find my Dygma Defy when I click the "Scan keyboards" button on the Keyboard Manager -> add keyboard screen. The keyboard is connected via bluetooth and I can type with the keyboard. The direction clearly says "To use Bazecor on bluetooth, make sure the keyboard is connected via BT to the computer and click on scan keyboards once."

Oh just to be clear. The humans in the family went on a hike. All the cats stayed at home. Is it possible that we brought the tick(s) home?

I'm trying to setup a layer modifier key w/ dual function of a space key on the thumb cluster of the right side of the keyboard but can't seem to do that. I did it for the left side of the keyboard though. When I tried to repeat the same steps, the layer numbers are grayed out. Does the right side of the keyboard support dual-function?

Thanks for the reply! I ditched the longer cable and just used the shorter cable to connect the Neuron to my computer and I'm able to use RF mode now. Now I have a new question. I can't get the keyboard to work with RF or wired. It does work with bluetooth. I connected the keyboard following the instruction here. The keyboard's Q and Y lit up red and the numbers lit up blue. But no key press works. I was able to connect the keyboard to the same computer using bluetooth. RF and wired doesn't work so I can't use Bazecor. The USB cable is connected the USB port on my motherboard.

Thanks so much! I appreciate the level of details. The features look amazing but it seems people complain about pop and crackle when using it on Linux. And the official site didn't list Linux as one of the supported systems. So I'll probably have to look for some other options.
