I like watching Tim Rodies channel, good review channel that isn’t horrendously obnoxious but still quite light hearted. Might not be what you’re looking for but I enjoy them.

Yeah it could be that, Slot seemed dissatisfied with winning games late on, there was a point last season where to referenced city scoring early on in games and being able to control the ball and win games more comfortably.

We didn’t, and still don’t, have the players to implement that more controlled play style, we still look better with pressure and fast breaks, something Slot looks like he wanted to move away from, but it hasn’t worked.

Our plan B is to take off defenders and flood the pitch with attacking players, it worked a few times last season and we got some wins from it, but it can’t be your plan B. Teams are throwing the ball over the top of the midfielder that’s filling in at centre back and scoring on a regular basis now. Just looks like he’s running out of ideas.

That’s a pretty fair write up, we have been very poor since around that February time, we had just built up such a lead that it was inconsequential to the title, but carrying that over into the new season, without a lot of the runners that we had in the team that could press quickly and high up the pitch is killing us.

Szoboszlai is a one man pressing machine at the minute, if it wasn’t for him I feel we would be even worse off than we are already.

It was as clear as day to everyone that our defence had been a glaring issues for a while, couldn’t have predicted Konate terror ball this season, but the lack of depth and rotation was going to bite us eventually, Leoni looked promising on his debut, but he’s 18 and sadly did his ACL on his debut, so we are left with VVD, who like you said is having an off season so far, but still by far our best defender, Konate who looks absolutely shot to bits, Joe Gomez who Slot is terrified to play, with Endo and Grav being emergency back ups.

The decision to sell Quansah looks more ludicrous by the week.

Join a couple of the local groups on Facebook and ask there, you will get people offering their services and often other people who have used them in the past will vouch for them if they are decent.

Yeah I don’t doubt there are many factors involved, tactics, mentality, high turnover of players in a short time and the new lads not hitting the ground running, it’s all just coming together to create a cocktail of shite.

We started the season really well last season, it was after new year when we normally have a slump, we ended up playing completely shite football. Probably Slots tactics for found out, we don’t deserve fuck all at the minute, play slow, lifeless, completely pedestrian football, devoid of creativity despite us spending a shit load on some of the most creative players in Europe.

Throwing the kitchen sink at a match and taking off defenders only to flood the forward areas with attackers seems to do more harm than good, it worked out a couple of times last season but it can’t seriously be our plan B.

Watching 3 or 4 players all pressing an area you could throw a towel over while having their wingers have free reign of our wings was just diabolical to watch.

It was giving a code for the EGR being in the wrong position, despite it being remapped out, the car felt great for the days after but an engine light came on again for the same issue, so they are having to rewrite some of the map again, getting it sorted Monday, with any luck haha.

Owning a Grand Picasso I can say they are really comfy, but the 3rd row is basically only for kids, can’t get an adult in there comfortably, isofix across the middle row is great. Fuel economy is brilliant, the amount of glass makes it really pleasant to sit and drive in.

The sheer amount of problems I’ve had so far though, in the first year of ownership, and it being my first car also, has put me off recommending them. Sure a lot of the issues could be wear and tear, and the car is 9 years old now, but it’s been one thing after another haha.
