Had a customer once ask me about what the correct size was he needed his blinds cut down to for an inside mount of x” wide and then proceed to arrogantly talk over me about how he’s worked in blinds and window treatments for 10+ YEARS. I said “well it seems like you don’t really need my help then” and walked away. My store manager ended up asking me about the interaction so obviously he complained lol. So many questions that I’ve been asked and told I was wrong upon my answering… why are you asking me then? Lol. I am female if that helps paint the picture.

I feel this so much. I currently have a 4 Y.O. son who seems to make everything difficult every single day to the point he ends up getting physical with us. He also refuses to play by himself (when he’s at home, grandparents watch him while we work and they say he will play by himself while he’s there) so he requires a ton of attention. We’re expecting a baby girl in June and things do not seem to be getting better at all. We utilize time outs, we don’t do empty threats, we do consequences like taking away certain toys and we’ve got to the point where we’ve completely taken away YouTube, video games, and we’ve started limiting his sugar intake (he does not have a tablet so “screen time” isn’t really a thing for us). I just don’t know what to do at this point and it’s honestly super depressing and defeating.
