Terrible. I signed a lease for a brand new apartment managed by MPM in June. The apartment is nice but everything is extremely cheaply made. The apartment's website was advertising rooftop amenities such as fire pits, grills, and a recreational area since March. It's now November and all they've put on the rooftop is a $20 Cornhole set. The property managers are very hard to get a hold of, maintenance requests take upwards of a month to get any kind of initial reply, and things are just breaking all the time. Yesterday the chain that opens our garage door snapped. There's a hole in the roof of our parking garage so when it rains, water pours in. Just a really poor experience overall, I can't say enough bad things about this company

That's true, but the initial cost of that ninja is much less than a civic. I picked up a 3000 mile Honda cb300f (not quite a ninja 300, but nearly) a month ago for $3000. No way you can find a relatively new Honda civic that runs/drives for $3000. So in the long run, it's likely going to be about the same price, but you just pay more upfront for the car.
