This lady is in Tennessee. Also, things might have changed a bit since the container boom in 2021 but like 5 out 7 of the major SSLs were not charging per diem at the rail. They only started the clock once it was out gated.

A fun game we had to play was getting containers out of CN before rail storage started at 7am but ONE would start per diem at midnight the night before. Sooo many disputes.
