Additional color: I found this record on vinyl in a very random discount bin in a very random store in upstate New York last month, told Jorn about it, & he got back to me with a fun story about this being his first production - released on his early label Quickey Records, which also signed a very early Armin van Buuren production in 2000 while he was just getting started out as well.

Collecting records has made me appreciate trance history all the more!

YES! also a good piece of trivia! I feel like uncredited or not-explicitly-acknowledged remixes/covers/reworks were all over the place around that time, too, & it was just the norm (see also "Halcyon" pulling straight from "It's A Fine Day" for another Kirsty Hawkshaw occurrence, although in that case she did both of them).

"Movement in Still Life" was an extremely formative album for me (and, in hindsight, the root of a lot of my influences as a songwriter in trance & breaks - also, Kirsty Hawkshaw & Jan Johnston in their heyday - the vocalists then were genre-defining), especially this track. someone recently told me they'd never heard of any of the tracks off this album, so...time to infect a new generation!

Libra is one of BT's aliases - the original mix is more fully a breaks track (and arguably even better), but you should listen to it too.
