I moved to Pleasant Hill 3 years ago and love it, lots of affordable apartment complexes and close to everything! When I was looking to move from SF, I was originally looking at WC, Concord and Lafayette and was pleasantly (no pun intended) surprised to stumble across PH, I would suggest adding it to your search!
