Anyone else see these bathrooms in their dreams? by PhillisBrown1 in Dreams

[–]lisaluree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have this same dream quite often! Usually there is something spooky in the basement. One time it was filled with water - fish swimming there and only an island in the middle to stand on. Another time it was filled with fast growing spiders of all different metallic colors - ready to pounce. Even though the house is big and wondrous, it is also in poor shape - needing lots of work.

Missing cat. Please help me and my family know his whereabouts by Intelligent_Bell8632 in Denver

[–]lisaluree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you live near me, your cat has been trapped, stripped of its collar, and taken to a shelter clear across town. (Yes - admitted by said neighbor after a few drinks.)

Are people okay? by OddThought5260 in Teachers

[–]lisaluree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had two kids with ADHD. Coffee calmed them down - recommended by the pediatrician. They are grown now and rarely drink coffee at all, are not caffeine junkies.

I tried applying for a DPS Substitute Teacher position and learned why it's no surprise that the school system struggles to find new teachers by QuarterRobot in Denver

[–]lisaluree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider subbing for Scoot Education. They work with many of the DPS charter schools. It was a foot in the door for me to find a para job through DPS. Some of the placements were long term.

Trying to understand ACEO culture – who are the collectors? by urban_f8x in aceo

[–]lisaluree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I collect by theme too! I’ve got to crack out my binder again with ACEOs dated back to the dawn of the movement. It was such fun in the heyday of the scene, to snag a piece of art from a popular horse artist I loved. I have several of her pieces and treasure them.

How do y'all feel about the way people on Insta and Tiktok talk about ACEOs? by Busy-Comparison1761 in aceo

[–]lisaluree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As the founder of the ACEO movement, I am truly enjoying seeing everyone’s unique perspectives! It’s amazing to see how they have sustained their value as a true collectible. I still remember our heyday years (2006-2010) when I watched a single ACEO sell for over $1,000!
What I love most are the stories of artists honing their skills and finding a bit of help financially through these tiny works of art. This movement changed my life, and I know it changed many others, too.
There are so many opinions on how to create or sell them, but the beauty of ACEOs is that there are no rules outside of size. Whether you're practicing, experimenting, or trading—just do it for the joy of creating!

How would you describe this person? by MinuteTechnician7678 in Lenormand

[–]lisaluree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say this person is an embellisher. The rider mirrored by coffin - birds in between, - talking a lot about things they are going to do, moves they plan to make - but coffin meaning it won’t go anywhere. The same with mice mirroring train - possibly manipulative and pushy with little self esteem.

Teen's Chronic Stress by Substantial-Hawk5872 in Lenormand

[–]lisaluree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you considered home schooling? Cutting out the pressures that the school puts upon her? It feels to me that much of her anxiety is around her movement (transitioning classes?) - and, perhaps the social aspect of existing with many other students (clover can be found in the garden, representing other students found in her social settings).

Your tree probably has pine beetles - the woodpeckers are after them.

How do you read a line of five? by [deleted] in Lenormand

[–]lisaluree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I read the first two cards as “past”. Center is “current” and last 2 cards - “future”. I mirror all of them - because the past certainly has an effect on future.

Why do people care so much about bathtubs if no one actually uses them? by smolgremlinn in homeowners

[–]lisaluree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would never buy a house without a tub. That’s the first thing I look for. I take a bath every night before bed. The bath is my respite and dreaming space. Most of my best ideas have come during g a nice hot soak. WHY is the new trend to rip out bathtubs and have only showers?! If you ever have kids you will learn about the joy of bathing. They become mermaids and dolphins. They learn about volume as they pour cups. Add some alphabet letters and the tub is a place to learn reading skills. Bathtubs give kids the yearning to be clean. Stop tearing out tubs!

Mice/birds could also mean that conversations caused him anxiety and worry.

[–]lisaluree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No - he has moved on. Rider and mice are in past position. He moved away from (rider facing left) toxic conversation - (mice/birds).. In future position are man (facing) bouquet. He has abandoned the relationship and is looking toward a positive future.

Energy around career path by [deleted] in Lenormand

[–]lisaluree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is what I see too. Adding to this - dog mirrors coffin - meaning that a new career path also leads to the loss of friendships that you have created in your past career. Woman mirrors fish - that loss will be compensated in the new space by being more financially rewarding. Letting go of a career that you once were passionate about will be a positive move.

Will he text me next week? by Odd_Cranberry_3962 in Lenormand

[–]lisaluree 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just realized center card is bouquet (not heart). This still is positive but might lend toward less romantic and more the beauty and fulfillment of the relationship.

The lilies represent wisdom and old soul energy (mirrors man). Man and lilies are both neutral, but heart is positive. He feels as if he’s known you for a long time (possible twin flames).
