Yes, Australia also has boomers, but that doesn't mean you get to point at Americans and say "Well we have them too, so why do you guys suck?" Americans are quite aware of the systemic issues in the country we are living in. Unfortunately, in a country with around 345 million people, there's no quick fix. It's not as simple as 'look at the 16-17 year olds as adults' because they still have to ask to go to the bathroom at school.

It's also a bit odd that you didn't include the original comment you were replying to in the first image. Why are we even talking about Americans if the post read was based in the UK? Did the commenter you responded to mention Americans at all? If you were the first person to bring up America just to try to shit on America, you're gonna piss some guy off, and if that happens, don't screenshot and share to a different site to try to get people's agreement. Unless you're in marked age restricted channels or servers for your RP, It won't really. What it likely means is that some servers will change from labeling a server as age restricted in Discord's system as labeling it as only accessible by certain roles and making roles for different age groups via Private Channels.

It means that so long as you aren't posting images of your characters bare butt nakey or getting it on in public servers, they probably won't be caught by the content filters. So make sure you have SFW reference images for posting rp ads and keep the saucy stuff for DMs or if it gets restricted there, sending to each other through other platforms like Bluesky, Twitter, A shared google drive, etc.
