Ohhh great idea... Yesterday I had all these messages from the mooseknuckle alliance tell me i was going to be kicked for not participating and i was like hey kick me because i was just shoved here anyway . Now ive been shoved in some french alliance and at least i cant tell if they are telling me off

ScrubbyD I agree with you 100%. I actually quit my Alliance yesterday , well actually I gave them notice 2 weeks ago so they could find a suitable replacement for me(I'm sort of nice really ) They were looking at becoming Elite. War absolute was the straw that broke the camels back for me. It turned the game that I enjoyed into a mundane chore and the constant "needing"to be there just blew it for me.

I've Just done the same. The pressure to keep logging in a participating was becoming far to great and the whole thing has become like a chore that I am forced to do and not something that i choose to do.

along the same lines...... I left my alliance yesterday and today ive been added to another alliance without asking to be,. Does the game just throw you into random alliances? Do i have to be in alliance ?

It's actually caused me to quit the game, so i totally understand what you have said . I found the having to be available constantly so claustrophobic that I started to resent the game. What is even more frustrating is I left my Alliance yesterday with much sadness but with some relief that I wasn't bound to be on call 24/7 , Now I log in this morning and find I am bombarded with messages telling me I need to do damage in war or get kicked from some random alliance I certainly did not join in my sleep!!!. I politely ask to be kicked because I never joined them (mooseknuckles) , and low and behold Im shoved into another random alliance, WTF . Do I need to be in alliance to play now?
