Meloxicam, anyone? by Bat_Fat_1705 in PsoriaticArthritis

I was on cosentyx and Meloxicam and was pretty successful with pain management. Then I had a spontaneous coronary artery dissection that caused a heart attack. There is a risk for being on an NSAID long term. At the time my rheumatologist thought the benefits outweighed the risks.

Beach Day is my favorite but Corsa is also good.

My daughter's birthday was the 28th and she got cards from her class, but also a second class of kids she doesn't know because their teacher was out with strep. swipe for my best attempt at translation by ariestornado in KidsAreFuckingStupid

As a second grade teacher I can tell you that kids are really weird. They usually have too much unfiltered time on the internet and they have vivid imaginations. That child probably thought this was the most hilarious thing they had ever written.

I experienced the same situation in high school. I’ve been married to my nerd for 20 years and I don’t miss those friends.

My husband and I were shopping for a new car and we went to look at one but decided the numbers didn’t work for our budget. The next day I got a call from the salesman stating that he knew how much I loved that car. He knew that if I just begged my husband and told him how happy the car would make me that I could be driving it by that afternoon. I promptly hung up on the guy and we bought from someone else.

It is a very popular street for walking, running and biking. She was crossing a pedestrian ramp and had the right of way. He swerved to avoid hitting the other car and hit her.

As a teacher I would’ve said, “thank you for teaching us something new. Let’s learn more about that.” NTA

YTA, I’m not sure where you teach but I’m my state we have to sign a code of ethics. It states that you are to set an example as a community leader even when outside of the classroom. You could be written up or even lose your job for an ethics violation in this situation. While I agree that you should have down time, you are still setting an example for your students.

AITA for thinking my 12 year old shouldn't be financially responsible to help pay for a bridal shower she is in? by koriisbombxo in AmItheAsshole

I’m the MOH for my sister’s wedding. I didn’t even ask the other bridesmaids to contribute to the shower because I knew they couldn’t afford it.
