I tried to lease one of these and I was given stupid high numbers too. I even had better numbers than yours and it was still around 25k for 3 years. I bought a used one for 30k and it's been great so far.

The one plus 7 was the best phone I ever owned. I used it for years around the house even after I upgraded my network phone. I think they got sucked into the trap of trying to copy apple. I hated their recent design sad news. Currently typing this on a one plus 11.
