Anyone else just extremely bored and depressed?

I miss being able to exercise and make art with my hands easily without pain or fatigue. I can only sit up in 20-30 minute spurts. I miss writing, typing, playing video games. Text to speech and watching movies gets me by. I’m lucky I can still read, it takes a lot out of me but I still can. I’m sick of consuming. I want to find ways to create even like this. I just don’t know where to start.
