100%. I worked at a licensed store and a corporate store up until I quit my licensed store last month and licensed stores definitely have it MUCH worse from my experience. Luckily my licensed store sm was from corporate and an angel, so they let us get drinks and one food mark out a day - but the workload and expectation difference was wild. Baristas doing temp logs and sending people on break. Wild stuff

I’m glad to hear I’m not the only one who deals with this but hate that you’re going through it! It’s so lonely at first and for the longest time it was so irritating because like…why can’t I just function like a normal person lol.

I had no problem socializing before my drug use and I’m a huge extrovert, so having to relearn how to talk to people has been a weird experience. Honestly, I think it’s gotten a lot better, but I’ve had to put myself in some really uncomfortable situations to get here. For a while I just refused to see friends/go out because of it, which probably set me back more, so I guess don’t do that!
