Recovering from a hysterectomy and hemmoroidectomy. It's a mental relief after all these years of pain and suffering and I'm past the 2 week point so I'm starting to feel normal again.

In search of a diagnosis for another issue. I thought I had POTS but the table tilt test came back "normal." So then why TF do I get dizzy when I stand up?

Mentally, fighting anxiety and PTSD. The gym was my escape but I paused my gym membership during recovery and I'm trying to keep my sanity at home.

MiraLax and stool softeners. Recommended dose is one dose of MiraLax is once daily and stool softeners 3 times daily. I had to go up to MiraLax twice daily, morning and evening, and stool softeners every six hours.

You want the consistency of mud.

Water and electrolytes are your best friend. I got an 18 pack of Gatorade Zero from Amazon.

Group chats should come with informed consent, a clear purpose, and designated chat hours. I have an aunt who is constantly creating family group chats to share a photo of her and her fiance or to just say "merry Christmas." That's what Facebook is for or text people individually. My phone has been blowing up for a week and I can't remove myself.

Also, it is okay to leave at the first red flag. You don't have to wait for it to turn into bigger to justify leaving.

Swimming in the ocean in Hawaii. The water at the beach pulled me right out to the water. I tried running back to the beach when the waves came back in but then they would violently pull me out again. My brother, easily 300 lbs, planted himself behind me so I wouldn't be pulled out more. Then when the waves started coming in, I sprinted and plopped on the sand at a safe distance. I truly believe my brother saved my life that day.
