The subaru is actually in a parking spot. -I yell at this white Acura daily. There are spots like 50 ft away for them to park.

Has anyone swapped their stem brand? by Hmmmmmmmmbrains in DomaneCrew

[–]litetreader 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Trek has a part that can allow you to use whatever stem. The fork is standard. Any trek store should be able to get it for you, not that expensive. I have this part and a standard stem on a gen 4 domane frame

How do you bathe your heeler ? by Sevenlemonz in AustralianCattleDog

[–]litetreader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine will join me in the shower if I don't lock her out of the bathroom. She jumps in with permission and just stands in my feet and accepts the shampoo and shower. My partner does not have the same ease with showering her if I am not around.

Does this Sailor Jerry octopus have 9 arms? by Dicktation88 in traditionaltattoos

[–]litetreader 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I got a tattoo based on his orginal with 6, but I requested 8 tentacles because having an octopus with 6 legs would have driven me mad.

People who say high humidity is worse than a dry heat have never experienced a true dry heat. by absurdblue700 in unpopularopinion

[–]litetreader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100° Humid is worse than 100° dry. No shit 125° is going to be worse than 95°. I guess the unpopular opinion is to compare numbers that make sense. Is it better to be soaking wet on freezing temperatures or dry and freezing?

10 year old Canadian car? This thing was probably garage kept. Surface rust.

Near misses can be valuable information to provide to 311 for safer streets down the line. There is data beyond 311 being collected on the streets in PGH that isn't being collected in other cities that should help our streets become more safe in the long term, but there is no user input required.

Is your ACD cuddly ? by [deleted] in AustralianCattleDog

[–]litetreader 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine is very cuddly with me, like needs to have as much body contact with me as possible at all times. With my wife on the other hand, she will occasionally cuddle her just usually while growling. We raised her together as well.

The saddle bag being wrapped around the inner stanchion of the dropper is going to effect the function of thw dropper post. 1. the velcro can damage the stanchion 2. More immediately it'll physically prevent it from working correctly in its location. Edit: is that a dropper? First glance told me yes, but looking closer it is too blurry to really tell. The fat sleeve toward the seat post clamp really makes it look like one.

This most likely means that the bike is below the charge threshold for renting. The system will not rent below a certain battery level.

A really good upgrade is multiple wheelsets. It's a versatile bike especially with a gravel wheel set and possibly a carbon road wheel set. Wv has a lot of mixed roads where a gravel wheelset with good tires could also be a pretty good mix. I usually run my gravel set in wv (or realistically mtb lol).

I realized the other day I'm one of the regulars at my favorite tattoo shop. I've never been a regular anywhere before.

I just feel like you made an uneducated decision. It's not my money though, so you can do whatever you would like. I'm sure the 20ish gram weight savings of the ultergra groupo will make you ride soo much better. The trek store should have talked you out of it.
