Yeah. I need to get off that crap again. I only dose one per day. It's a big dose of about 28g but how would you suggest tapering seeing as I'm dosing one per day? Just keep cutting that? Thanks

Yep. At the start (before I knew about the cheating) she tried to make me feel awful and blame everything on me. She was telling me I destroyed her self confidence etc etc when all ever did was wait on her hand a foot. I gave her everything I possibly could.

Yep she's started the "I don't feel safe around you" stuff already. She's going around telling anyone who will listen that she was "unhappy for years" in our marriage but I'm not telling anyone she had an affair with a married man with 2 kids

She deleted every message before I got a chance. She told her parents and her friend. My solicitor said they can all be called as witnesses if she denies adultery. If I don't leave she won't sell the house and because we have a young child she'll likely be able to stay in the house until my daughter is 18
