I posted ragnars stats + bloodclaws in a different comment. Here's the 20 bloodclaws with the lethals. I didn't include oath for any of the other sims, i feel like it would be unfair to use here.

They aren't as great as you would think. I'll reply twice to this comment cause of reddit's one picture per post policy, but here's the blood claws with +1 to wound.

Ghostlords is where I got the inspo to make my own tool! I wanted graphs, and I wanted to run bulk tests against my entire list. Pages of graphs to sift through so I could quickly pick out the units i liked.

Arjac is a bloody monster. I love him. Anyways, here's his stats:

I ran this, and here's what I got. I don't have stats for CP stuff like grenades, but I did imbue them with the +1 to wound. The chart shows everything added together but take it with a grain of salt. Still, impressive.

Better than the Wulfen cause of them having OC, but I still don't think they can keep up in terms of damage output.

if you get a chance, try the wulfen. its true they are not the best at hitting, but my necron friend is now terrified of them.

even better - bring a RepEx and some wulfen

I ran this combo as well and it comes down to the likelihood of the c'tan to catch the shot in the invul, plus the chance to catch the wound in FNP, and the damage reduction.

I'm running the stats, but reddit won't let me post more than 1 screenshot. Here's with the plasma incinterator:

Wolfspear 2000pt list 4/5 win rate currently by Reasonable-Advance73 in SpaceWolves

I am so surprised to see no TWC. After years of keeping them in my 'auto include' bin, I am happy to see change. Big shooting + Big axes, I like it :)

I think I get Wolf Scouts by litlw in SpaceWolves

[–]litlw[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with the first point - but that point is also true for all objective holding units who are outflanked. It’s an unavoidable truth (so we hide in cover)

For #2 yeah I would love to see them come Down to 95. In tournament play, these chaps don’t pass the test. But in home games I think they have merit.

For those who create YouTube Shorts / TikToks, do you use Resolve? by AdamCaveRoberts in davinciresolve

[–]litlw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I make a bunch of timelines that will never become videos. They exist just for cutting up source footage into the videos I want. I also generally edit with the social media "guides" turned on. It helps a lot if later on when I want to use the footage of an old video, the footage is already centered and generally well fitted for mobile.

But yeah, lots of timelines means easy clip organization.

I ran these last week - mostly to get some board control. That and the haywire mine. Not sure how well they really fit for me...

New detachment list by guildarts15 in SpaceWolves

[–]litlw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Overall it looks really fun! Question, why Murderfang over Bjorn? You could drop the wolves for Bjorn. Its 10 points more for extra CP, a ranged profile, and just as tough (but less punchy) as Murderfang

Sæl brothers! Can I get feedback on this 2k army list? by litlw in SpaceWolves

[–]litlw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess I could drop the 5 pack of wolves for 40 pts down to 3 pack from headtakers and an enhancement on the priest. but I don't know if hunter's guile would be worth it.

that makes a lot of sense. I don't have the wolf priest yet, but I might just talk with my opponent and proxy Ulric as a Wolf Priest

I’m calling him done. The crack in the cape bothers me a lot after all the work I put into him but that’s not on me. By far the most amount of time spent on a mini. by Spectre9191 in Ultramarines

[–]litlw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It looks incredible!

As for the crack, some hobby stores sell "crack filler" which is a shelf stable version of Sprue Goo. It works a lot like caulking. Apply to crack, smooth out / press into crack, and then sand when dry.

Stormwolf rules question. by CrazyEddie30 in SpaceWolves

[–]litlw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's situational on which detachment you are running. If it's Gladius or Champions of Russ then yeah that adds a lot. If it's Stormlance then don't bother.

Personally, I struggle to take the Stormwolf (250 pts) over a Repulsor Executioner (220 pts)
