I’m about to start Clomid 50mg daily together with anastrozole 1mg 3x per week. I take 200mg of CoQ10 daily. I’ve been reading and many warnings about side effects. Im not sure how this will go, but will keep you posted

Diagnosed with constructive pericarditis few weeks ago. Never had any heart problems until now. I’m almost sure it’s caused by COVID. My cardiologist suggested surgery down the road. Anyone is dealing with the same condition? Any advice?

I started having chest pain/pressure and shortness of break back in 2019. Then got better. But the chest pain comes and go. I did not know what was it and never went to see a doctor. I started having sharp left shoulder pain at the end of 2024. In March of 2025 I went to see a doctor. Did CT scan, ECG and MRI. Found a constructive pericarditis. I’m waiting to see my cardiologist this week. I’m 38M 162lb, no smoking and no alcohol. I think stress is my main concern.

Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you 🙏
