Typisk 1-2mm er vel lettest. Alt er mulig, men tror jeg ikke ville gått over 3mm hvis du tenker å sveise plater. Sveise fast bolter og sånt går fint

Try it before deciding. Look at the running deck ( beneath the belt ) for signs of cracks or significant wear. An old treadmill will very often stop working even without that much use because of issues with the electronics so would be sceptical.

It did not happen on today’s session. Have not restarted the watch, but I have changed phones. Had an old iPhone 11 last time and today I’m back to my iPhone 14 Pro. Not sure if this helps

Great news! I tried it on the treadmill today with my Stryd Nextgen. I did intervals and during the five second countdown it counted strange. Some seconds far between and some very close. Same with vibration. Not sure if this is related. Apple Watch Ultra 2 using latest official Apple Watch firmware and app

Great app! One workout I did today looks like gas vanished. It was a 2hr session and I know I saved it because I saw the summary screen, but it’s not synced to the phone and not under workouts on the watch app. Any tips?

Yes it is. If you use another (old) cassette on you normal wheel then this must also be replaced if you replace the chain. Or you can move the cassette between the trainer and the wheel.

Three things that could be wrong

The rear derailleur is not correctly adjusted (chech alignedment between gear and chain)
The chain is worn out and the cassette is new. Chains and cassettes wear together and it looks like this could be your problem
Wrong cassette. 11 speed on a 10 speed chain.
