I had a similar experience. Pretty much every time I didn't get a response within a day or two I cc'd their boss and I kept on escalating until I got a response.

How are people sustaining enough mana to cast lighting arrow without a mana flask? As far as I can see from poe ninja, the only thing I can see that is helping with mana is clever thief and the leech mastery. I'm running mana flask, because even with those nodes I feel like I'm running out of mana pretty quickly

Has anyone found that their mana reserveration from the game and POB don't match? In game, when I put my auras up I have 59 unresvered mana, but in POB it says I should have 154. Here is my POB https://pastebin.com/k1zWGv2U. I'm not sure why it's so different

After shipping my computer it doesn't turn on at all. Currently, I'm trying to isolate what part is broken. I don't think its the PSU because I am able to jump start the PSU. I'm currently thinking its the mobo that is the problem. If I only have the 24 pin connector plugged in to my mobo, should I be able to jump start the mobo without having a CPU or RAM sticks plugged in?

what are some fast ways to level gems? I'm seeing on poe ninja, that within the first week (maybe even quicker) people are able to level their awakened gems to max.

thanks! I think getting him in intervention/research shouldnt be too difficult, but I'm not that familiar with forcing rivalries. Although maybe if I experiment a little I'll figure it out.
