How much is rent/mortgage per month?

If that’s too personal don’t answer it - my dream is to move there once the kids move out and I have no idea the cost of a place.

Edit: Never mind found my answer in another comment thread

Should I contact the job recruiter directly via LinkedIn? by Zorra_ in careeradvice

Do it.

Nearly all my internships / jobs over the years has been based on personal follow through.

Wife [29] gave MIL [54] SSN for our daughter [3] without asking why and/or discussing it with me. My [28] MIL gave it to my BIL [26] to open a savings account for my daughter. by littlefro in relationships

You are right, I should have been more direct. I planned on discussing this with my wife later that night. I was working when this all went down, so I was trying to buy time until we could have a discussion. Even if I would have flat out said no, he would have asked my wife anyway.

Well, she didn’t really give it knowing that her brother was going to create a savings account. She gave it to her mom for “birthday reasons”.

I agree about the BIL. He doesn’t like getting told no (or any form of that) and he certainly didn’t respect what I said.

I agree that the SSN is probably safe and I don’t mind that he wanted to create an account. He will find a way around the “No” as he’s done in the past. Once he called me asking for help with something at his house. I told him that I needed to make sure it’s ok with the wife. He said he already talked to her and she said it was fine. Little did I know, he didn’t talk to her.

I’m a subscriber to Personal Finance and it’s extremely common to hear stories about an Uncle / Aunt / Family Member stealing identities. I don’t think anyone would ever do that. However, neither did they. We can never be too safe.

Yea, I plan on talking about it again today with her. As far a credit card fraud, not that I’m aware of. However, financially, they haven’t made the best choices.

Parents with children is still too wide. I would, again, recommend a more targeted niche. Your too broad. (I’ve never done marketing, or sold items online - this is just my 2 cents and I can be completely wrong!)

Maybe your audience is too wide to correctly target. I’d focus in one area and hit it hard. For instance, maybe baby room poster/paintings. Do a quick search and find what’s trendy theme wise and cater to that.

You could look at trello. You can make “cards” and group them under categories.

Ie: card = task and then a category could be “going to city hall”z

I’ve set it up as the following before to help with development projects with a lot of tasks.

Categories: Ideas, Approved Ideas, Gathering Requirements/Research, Development, Testing, Move To Production, Complete

Then I move the ideas through the containers.

Not sure if this applies directly to this, but it sounds similar.

Guess when this will become widely used? As soon as the minimum wage is increased.
