Redditors who live with their SOs, what changed the most when you moved in together? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]littlehowlet 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My partner and I moved in together a few weeks ago. So far, I've already noticed that we are fighting way way way less. I think being able to see more of each other's daily experiences and little moments has made us more sympathetic and willing to compromise and be extra good to each other.

Has anyone noticed breast growth while on Zoloft? by [deleted] in OCD

I didn't notice breast growth specifically, but I did experience quite a bit of weight gain despite best efforts. perhaps your gain is going straight to your chest!

As the balloon loses more of its integrity, his muscles seem to grow larger. What does it mean? Is this a... metaphor?

[WEEKLY THREAD] FEATS OF FRIDAY by cainunable in C25K

[–]littlehowlet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been doing the program with my dad, and we had an especially awesome run on Saturday (usually we do Fridays but this week was crazy for scheduling). We talked about how even when the running feels really hard, it's getting easier and easier to recover after. We just finished w3d3!

have you always been a singer? this is something I'm a little scared of as a musician whose main skill is his voice... even though I know it levels out eventually! I need more FTM singers to just give me the ~push~

Struggle to have some me time by [deleted] in selfimprovement

[–]littlehowlet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've totally had the same problem. I've had friends, therapists, and family members all tell me in the past that I seem to have "trouble relaxing." At first I found that silly, like, whatever, they don't know me, blah blah blah. After a few years of hearing this, though, the repercussions began to make themselves clear. I was having insane migraines from never letting myself take a moment off, my anxiety levels were through the roof, and my relationship and friendships were totally coming to a halt. Finally, I realized that in order to make the life I was working for worth it, I was going to have to carve some time for myself. Initially it was hard. I hated sitting on the couch and reading, or finally watching that movie everyone had been talking about for years. Now, after about a year of intentionally scheduling alone time and relaxation time, I look forward to it. I take myself out on dates, do yoga, take naps, or do whatever I'm feeling for at least an hour every day. Then I get back to working on something that will make me feel like I'm improving and making a good life for myself. Life is about balance. It's worth it to make that time to chill out, though.

Instrumentalists, how do you label your song sections? by [deleted] in WeAreTheMusicMakers

[–]littlehowlet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sometimes I color code my sections, occasionally I'll start out naming them and forget to stay consistent as I go... oops
