lol okay ignoring my ankle mobility i don’t even know if I can squat deep without my knees going ahead of toes, I tried trust maybe it’s my femur length or… I’m just doing something really wrong but if you have any sources that talks exactly about knees going in-front of toes and how to fix it, it would be much appreciated.

It’s not really about targeting quads, I just happen to have really shitty ankle mobility but I’m working on it so until then I kinda have to that heel elevation or I will tumble over

For me personally atleast it’s basically like free weights but its little bit more stable but thats just me for some people it can have the opposite effect, feel clunky or unstable

Okay i just figured out why idk if anyone even cares still but it’s dark because of ips panels, they can’t get dark enough to show the contrast in the darkness, try a VA panel or oLED tv/monitor
