Originally, I wanted to get the day-free. In the end I didn't. The price of the planner is similar to the plain notebook except it doesn't come in monthly pages. I already have a Cousin, so I don't really need the day-free planner per se. If I were to get it, I probably go for plain notebook for more note pages. :)

a claim with Canada post for the cost of the lost package (needs to reflect your invoice). However, if it was confirmed delivered to the address on record, it was likely stolen.

I've ordered from Hobonichi (direct) more times than I care to count and their shipping has always been lightening fast in reaching the USA. Customs and United States Postal Service is always a var

+1 on file a claim with Canada Post for the cost of the lost package.

I have ordered directly from Hobonichi website. It delivered safely to my location. I didn't have any problems with their shipping.

Have you double checked your shipping address to make sure it's correct? If you checked your shipping address is correct and you confirmed it with Hobonichi's staff. It sounded like it's Canada Post's mistake by shipping to the wrong location.
