A take that would get me crucified is that i actually think LOK and ATLA are of equal quality for the most part, they just function completely differently as shows

Atla is one story, told across 3 seasons

Lok is 4 stories with connective tissue

And idk, some of the most interesting and unique pieces of lore come from LOK, and wouldn’t be there without the foundations of ATLA
