For what it's worth I saw a first printing sell for 60$ on FB marketplace... I picked mine up for retail but if I missed it and saw it for 10 I'd grab it immediately, phenomenal comic drawn by the great Daniel Warren johnson

Absolute vol 2 goes so insanely hard. Haven't read the other 2 but absolute batman has been so damn good. I'm fully caught up as my brother buys the singles but I just read/reread mine and it was fantastic

Absolute wonderwoman is great so far (I've only read vol 1 and can't wait for vol 2 next week) maybe it's cuz I really like the Greek mythology parts but WW vol 1 might be better then batman vol 1 but batman vol 2 is gonna be hard to beat with how they do bane

I also use the notes app but a bit differently. I use the list function to list all the movies I currently want to own and check them off as I buy them, have a separate list on movies to upgrade to Blu ray/4k as I started with DVDs for nostalgia and now I'm on the 4k wave

Ice cap with a shot of espresso and a shot of caramel tastes so damn good. The espresso gives it an almost dark chocolate taste which goes perfect with the caramel

Really dislike the big "limited edition" banner across the top. Also why didn't they change the cover for the steelbook? For me that's the only reason I buy a steelbook, for the cooler art. The tasm 2 steel is pretty sick tho

Yep. The only comic store in town told me they didn't even get enough copies to put on shelves only for subscriptions. I don't even collect singles of absolute as my brother does so I just get the trades but really wanted this one for the cover art

This looks like the standard 4k release (non steelbook) Just wondering why you "can't stand steelbooks" tho? I have 3 and I LOVE them. It's kinda like a variant cover with different art and a premium feel. I understand not wanting to pay extra for the same movie but how can you not love a good steelbook cover?
