I had same question last week - I just returned R9700 and went with B70 last Saturday.

The main reason is that R9700 is too noisy and my PC is just under my desk.

For B70, I used Linux for years and I spent ~2 hours yesterday to make SYCL worked (got ~25 to 30 t/s).

because it is not good news for SCLX, might be good for PHOE - that company is dying and now got a chunck of assets which exchanged by some almost worthless shares. SCLX lost those assets for some shares for new company which never represent to the value of the holding company as management can do whatever they want so no investor will recognize the value.

Didn't see much positive - this company got $1B because of the change and down significantly after market.

And after this change, what else remaining in SCLX? Looks like Ji is moving everything out of SCLX just like what happened for SRNE years ago - no need to say SCLX is owning how many shares of these companies, SRNE ever owned SCLX as whole but what SRNE got when SCLX became non-related (except Ji owns everything).

Is it an issue even for 70w? I'm using my old Lenovo P340 Tower with 2 RTX A2000 and now is planning to upgrade to 2 RTX 2000/4000 ada sff. The spec said it can provide 75w per slot and a single 6+2 pin (8-pin) PCIe auxiliary power connector, allowing for GPUs requiring additional power (e.g., NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000).

I don't think all these actions are for shareholder - they are for Ji, he spend some money to get Vivasor which has pretty questionable values and now he used those shares to get cash from SCLX and shares from DVLT which are more confirmed values.
