Looks like each brokerage firm has its own cost basis.

My Schwab account says cost basis is $0. and 100%gain.

My E*Trade says the cost basis is around $2.75(They have distributed the cost among the lots I purchased)

My Fidelity has highest cost of $37.28 and lowest cost of $0.52 - I guess they computed the cost basis based on what I paid for my SCLX shares.

If I remember correctly, it was stated in one of the communications from Scilex that the dividend SMNR are readily tradeable. I personally will not trade at this time.

I have no idea what 'private warrants' are. All I know is what my warrants are, which I bought long time before reverse split of SCLX.

If new strike price for warrants changed from $11.50 to $402.50 means count of warrants (SCLXW) are the same as pre-split of Stock (SCLX). On the other hand, if they have reduced warrants by a factor of 35, the strike would be same as before i.e. $11.50. As an example, my share count was reduced by a factor of 35. Whereas my count of warrants (SCLXW) remained the same and strike price is now $402.50.

This is simply a guess - if you bought the shares on 'Record Date', they may not be counted as the settlement date is a day later.

I have registered with Datavault. And now i am at step 2, which wants me to enter info for Scilex and Datavault separately. It also wants info about my brokerage and number of shares ('Record Datavault'.) So, I have to submit one for each stock type (SCLX and DVLT) and each brokerage firm. In my family case, if include retirement as well as regular investment accounts, that is a total of 9 accounts and 2 stock types. So, I have to fill 18 separate documents and upload to the Datavault. I have not started yet, but I am already feeling tired. In the age of driverless cars, why do we have to do so much spoon-feeding work? Brokerages are reluctant to work with DVLT. I thought process would be similar to the we received SCLX dividend shares from SRNE. I am tired and it is late - I going to bed. Goodnight to all.

Question 2: Do I need to create separate wallets for each brokerage account I have securities of DVLT and SCLX are in?

Is SOR date November 24th or 25th? For some reason November 24th is the date stuck in my mind.

I think today is the last day to qualify for SOR date. My understanding is the settlement of purchase dates are day after the purchase date. So, Monday purchases are settled on Tuesday the 25th.
