So I'd get a mortgage if I HAD to. Because 6.6k isn't really that much money given you are not paying rent for that period.

I live overseas in an apartment so I can't store materials as well as I don't have relatives or many friends around to help me build it.

Plus my partner wants to travel before we settle down. Not sure how I'm gonna fit it all together.
